Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed, unworn apparel back into its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it firmly to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
